It's been a while since I've posted! There are many reasons for this...the first and foremost being that wedding planning pretty much took over my life for the early half of this year! I've also been busy with posting on weddingbee, under my alter ego Mrs. Daffodil. It takes time to write posts, and given that wedding planning took up so much time, it seemed that reflecting through the medium that is weddingbee was better than having to put you all through all that craziness!
So a peek on what's been going on with me throughout the past 8 months or so...
I got into business school
I got promoted
We got MARRIED!
We went on our honeymoon...an awesome week and a half (despite getting sick) in Tahiti/Moorea!
We moved to LA
Daniel started residency
And on what's to come...
Vicki's wedding
Dan's cousin's wedding
Starting business school!
And next year, my sister's wedding!...which I will be playing a big role in planning
Whew, a LOT of craziness! I'm currently still working part-time in SF, so I've been doing lots of flying up and down the coast. I'm def excited about bschool starting soon...Will be so fun to go back to school!
I'll do some posts with some deeper thoughts on life changes and all that good stuff over the weeks to come, but for now, I'll just leave you with a few teaser pics from the wedding that our photographer, Scott, posted up a few weeks ago.

I posted this on my facebook page, but wanted to share it here too (only b/c i like the "embed" video feature haha). But yea, talk about one of the most inspirational and empowering leaders of this generation, and one with the right ideas and the ability to rally people around addressing some of the most challenging and pressing issues in our society.
Best trick-or-treat ever...I got an email from our wedding photographer the morning of Halloween, saying that our engagement pics were done! Since yall know how obsessed I am w/ photography and scrapbooking, you can imagine my excitement, esp as wedding photography will be our one big splurge!
I was debating whether or not to post these up since I feel a lil wary about inundating everyone w/ weddingness (I have other outlets for that !). But we were just so happy with these that I just had to share! Just a few favorites below, though really, we loved every single pic! These are places where Daniel and I hang out all the time, all of which (with the exception of Baker Beach) are a 5-10 minute walk from my apt!
All photos are by our amazing photographer, Scott Robert, who we wholeheartedly recommend! For any of you getting married soon who love photography, he is really the best...He captured everything exactly the way we had only hoped for!
